Goal Tracking?
At first I thought…. what a fantastic way to monitor your goals by inputting and keeping track of your Diabetes. It has great input for Behavioral self-care, info on Diabetes, goal setting and how to set your goals. Its new feature is monitoring your nutrition. You can input what you ate and it gives you your calories, carb, sodium and fat you consumed for that day. HOWEVER, the problem is that you can’t edit your food intake if you made a mistake, nor can you input your daily blood glucose reading nor track of how many minutes I worked out to help me reach my goals. The goals set here is just message goals and community support. If that is what you are looking for then you have a fantastic app for that.
